Family Nurse Practitioner

Salary range: MSN: $113,000 - $118,000+ DOE; DNP: $129,000 (depending on years of experience). Base pay range: $113,000.00/yr - $129,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Performs independently or as part of a treatment team. Conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, provides general and preventative care, prescribes and monitors medications, and coordinates with other providers. Educates patients about preventative care, wellness activities, and prescribed treatments. Provides leadership and may supervise other professional and/or non-professional medical staff and students. Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping; makes referrals for specialty and behavioral health care as appropriate. Provides direct patient services not less than 85% of work time. Employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues and seeks clinical supervision when necessary to ensure effective treatment. Establishes appropriate patient files conforming to agency guidelines and state licensing regulations. Qualifications
Arizona Family Nurse Practitioner license (AZ FNP) required. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required. FNP experience preferred; NextGen experience is a plus. SMI experience preferred. Fluency in additional languages and bilingual pay differential may apply. Benefits
