Pay Rate: $70.00-$90.00/hr
Responsibilities The
Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT)
in Home Health assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this, the therapist develops treatment plans, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and monitors progress.
Responsibilities include evaluating functional status, assisting in therapy plan development, observing and reporting patient responses, treating patients to relieve pain and restore function, and educating patients and their families about the care plan.
Education and Experience Licensure Requirements
Current Physical Therapy licensure in California
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
