As an Electrical Engineer based in Orlando, FL, you’ll use your design and analysis skills to plan and design electrical systems for buildings and facilities, including power system planning, power distribution, lighting design, fire and life safety systems, low voltage distribution systems, and construction coordination. Responsibilities

Plan and design electrical systems for buildings and facilities. Manage schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks. Provide on‑site assistance during startup. Coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Produce designs for low‑voltage power, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and electrical calculations. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.) from an ABET accredited college or university. 1–2 years of electrical engineering experience (design of commercial buildings, electrical systems). EI/EIT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring. Knowledge of CADD (AutoCAD or Revit) and other specialized design software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). Knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards in electrical design, including NFPA 70. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and drive broadening of knowledge base. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of electrical engineering experience within the retail grocery industry. FE exam completion. Experience with AGi32 Lighting Software. Experience with power systems analysis software (SKM, ETAP, Easypower). Knowledge of retail grocery operations and equipment. Benefits
