Hazelwood, MO – Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works team.

Position Responsibilities
Supports the evaluation of program and project requirements, develops moderately complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System.
Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design and rate estimates for equipment and tooling.
Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for production readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares.
Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel.
Develops and implements moderately complex work‑arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation.
Supports studies for disposition of assets.
Location & Work Arrangement This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Hazelwood, MO.
Security Clearance Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance and program access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑U.S. equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Tool Engineering.
Experience with NX and/or CATIA 3‑D systems.
Experience designing and fabricating assembly and test fixture solutions.
Experience developing conceptual designs for tooling fixtures.
Experience working closely with a cross‑functional engineering team.
