Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. The Finance Manager position offers a compensation structure that includes: Base hourly wage between $16.50 Commission based on the value or amount of closed sales, with no upper limit Potential production bonuses based on individual or team performance, with no fixed upper limit Our finance managers typically earn between $13,297.30 and $21,994 per month.
