Product Optimization Engineer
Location: Houston, TX. Salary range: $90,000-$110,000.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve analytical models, digital tools, and dashboards to optimize production performance.
Design, implement, and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization dashboards (Power BI, PI Vision).
Provide insightful analyses of operational, energy, and financial data for business decisions.
Collaborate effectively with Operations, Planning, Management to align projects.
Enhance existing data visualization and reporting platforms for real-time monitoring.
Qualifications
Chemical Engineering (focus on data analytics or project management).
Ability to analyze large data sets and manage projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Solution-oriented in limited oversight environment.
Collaborate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, leadership.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Open-ended problem handling.
Nice to Have
Business intelligence tools (Power BI, PI Vision).
Python proficiency.
