As an
Engineering Project Manager , you will report directly to the Director of Projects, provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and serve as the primary liaison for all activities between Nooter/Eriksen and its customers. You will handle all customer-related activities, both technical (with support from internal subject matter experts) and commercial (within the authority limits), balance the overall project budget and cost control, and communicate financial status and projections monthly to executive management. You will work with various groups within Nooter/Eriksen to establish the initial project schedule and continually provide feedback to the Project Scheduling group to improve scheduling processes. Travel is occasional, up to 10% of the time at most. Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and customer-satisfying delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and monitor cost control and financial status. Serve as primary customer liaison, handling technical and commercial aspects within authority limits. Develop and communicate project schedules; provide feedback to improve scheduling processes. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to address technical needs and risks. Travel as required, up to 10% of (occasional) travel. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, an MBA or equivalent experience with relevant management experience At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within engineering or a technically relevant industry with a track record of successfully managing $10M+ fixed-price projects Excellent leadership, talent building, communication, and customer-service skills Highly professional, organized, and trustworthy team player Proficiency in English; ability to read, write, problem-solve, make quick decisions, interpret data, and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication Travel
This role will require up to 15% travel (domestic and international with some weekend/holiday overlap) and must be available for response to customer/jobsite issues at all times. Benefits
