Senior Construction Project Manager Join our expanding internal Construction Project Management team as a
Senior Construction Manager . Reporting to the Construction Team Lead, you will support a vertically integrated team and manage a direct report.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects across several industrial assets, typically 1–2 locations with budgets $500,000–$30M, including renovations, repositioning, and ground‑up developments.
Lead the construction process from inception to completion, covering Entitlements, Design, Permitting, and Construction phases.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Work Arrangement Hybrid model offering a balanced blend of remote and in‑office work.
About The Role
Experience with construction management processes specific to industrial sector in Southern California.
Collaborate with internal leasing, property, acquisitions, asset management, estimating, design, finance and external tenants.
Handle unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions and communicate effectively.
Lead project teams, manage architects, engineers, contractors and vendors throughout all phases.
Submit building permits, prepare contracts, work orders and MSAs across all disciplines.
Collaborate with corporate accounting/finance for accurate internal accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
Work with the leasing team to ensure TI/CAPEX projects complete without impacting tenant move‑ins.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of industrial construction experience, preferably with a developer.
Managing a portfolio of 10–20 projects.
Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Yardi, and Smartsheet.
Compensation Salary range: $160,000–$185,000 per year. Includes 25% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility. Total compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
