Lease Administrator . This role is within the Accounting Department and focuses on lease data abstraction and maintenance, lease options management, billing support, and acquisition assistance. Reports to the Senior Lease Administration Manager. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and effective cross-functional communication. Responsibilities
Review and accurately abstract fully executed lease documents into the lease management system (Yardi) Review and verify notices and commencement agreements and update the lease management system in a timely manner Manage lease options in Yardi Prepare initial lease charges, security deposits, and revised billings Coordinate with accounting monthly to resolve charge and lease issues during commercial billing Self-review all abstracting work for accuracy prior to submission for Manager approval Accurately maintain sublease reports Coordinate with CAM Manager on complex recovery issues to ensure proper system setup, accuracy and compliance Assist with onboarding, processing and abstracting of new acquisition leases Provide customer service to internal departments on lease-related questions Participate in development of policies and procedures pertaining to lease administration and lease management software Assist in various department projects as needed Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in Lease Administration Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy Experience with basic commercial lease language Lease Abstracting experience Proficient in Word & Excel Ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and high work volume Compensation
The compensation includes a range of $30.00 to $38.50 per hour (annualized to approximately $64,168 to $80,080), with a 10% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility. Final pay depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Details will be provided in the offer letter. What We Offer
