We're looking for a Metrology Engineer to join our Kentwood West team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in metrology or a related technical field, who's ready to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact on product quality and process improvement.

Manage metrology backlog and inspection requests

Program and operate CMM equipment for part validation

Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles

Collaborate with product and manufacturing engineers

Support strategic projects and process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of experience in metrology or a technical field (or military equivalent)

Proficiency in CMM programming and blueprint reading

Basic understanding of GD&T

This is a 100% on-site role at Kentwood West; candidates must be available to work on location daily

Desired Skills and Experience

Familiarity with ICERS, PPAPs, and part validation

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with fixture inspection and calibration
