Lead Quality Engineer role at

Lead the design, development, and execution of test automation frameworks and suites. Plan, design, and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software. Oversee the overall quality management process, including creating and maintaining traceability matrices and reporting test status. Coordinate and collaborate with project teams in reviews of requirements, system architecture, and design documents; act as the primary point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs. Manage and maintain physical, virtualized, and simulated test environments. Identify and resolve issues arising from integrating application software with other components. Assist in reviewing and determining code coverage of unit tests and conduct test reviews for each in-test cycle. Oversee defect management from identification to retest and resolution. Create, customize, and adapt automation frameworks based on organizational needs; stay adaptable to new technologies. Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports; provide leadership for performance testing (load and stress tests) using enterprise tools. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and continuous testing. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in test automation; 10+ years planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software; 8+ years of experience working with clients to understand automation requirements and provide solutions; 8+ years of experience with Agile and DevOps. Additional Qualifications: Ability to create or customize test automation frameworks; proficiency in Selenium/Cucumber/Java or Selenium/C#.NET/SpecFlow or similar; experience with AMQ, WMQ, Kafka, Couchbase, and GCPS; experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes; advanced skills in at least one performance testing tool; leadership experience; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; experience supporting cross-functional teams; CI/CD expertise; strong documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in test automation; track record of process improvements; ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for test automation aligned with business objectives. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable compensation range for this remote role. Starting pay range: $80,928.00 - $168,600.00; actual compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and other qualifications. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
