We are seeking a seasoned Lead Quality Engineer to drive the delivery of robust, defect-free digital solutions through advanced test automation practices. This role involves leading quality engineering efforts across large-scale systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD integration, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Test Planning: Design and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for enterprise-level software systems. Quality Management: Oversee quality processes including traceability matrices and test status reporting. Test Automation Leadership: Lead the development and execution of automation frameworks and suites; maintain and enhance manual and automated test cases. Performance Testing: Plan and execute load and stress tests using enterprise-grade tools. Results Analysis: Interpret test outcomes and prepare detailed reports. Collaboration: Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture, and design documents; serve as a key contact for automation needs. Environment Management: Manage physical, virtual, and simulated test environments. Integration & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues across software components. Code Coverage & Reviews: Review unit test coverage and conduct test cycle reviews. Defect Management: Oversee defect lifecycle from identification to resolution. Framework Customization: Create and adapt automation frameworks to meet organizational needs. Technology Adaptation: Stay current with emerging technologies and guide team adoption. Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in test automation. 10+ years in planning and implementing testing strategies for large-scale systems. 8+ years of client-facing experience in automation solutioning. 8+ years working in Agile and DevOps environments. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium/Cucumber/Java or Selenium/C#.NET/SpecFlow. Experience with messaging and database technologies like AMQ, WMQ, Kafka, Couchbase, and GCPS. Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes. Advanced skills in performance testing tools. Proven leadership in mentoring and managing test teams. Expertise in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Strong documentation skills for test plans and framework documentation. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation. Experience in process improvement initiatives for automation workflows.
