Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. Work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained and full compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations is expected. Assist patients with prescriptions and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. As a new Pharmacy Technician, you are required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program as well as satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements according to your State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Your duties will be restricted by your manager until you complete all necessary requirements, after which you may expand duties and build your career through available tools and training. Qualifications
Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification; if no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old. High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or a high school equivalency program (if not explicitly required by the state). Attention and Focus; the ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without distraction. Customer Service Orientation; actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner and respond to customer reactions appropriately. Communication Skills; effectively use verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues and practice active listening. Mathematical Reasoning; ability to use math to solve problems (e.g., calculating day’s supply of a prescription). Problem Resolution; ability to judge when something is wrong and choose the best course of action. Physical Demands; ability to remain upright, move about, handle items with hands, and perform activities requiring vision and manual dexterity as described. Preferred qualifications include prior pharmacy/retail/medical/customer service experience and, ideally,
PTCB National Certification . Education

Anticipated Weekly Hours:
40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$18.70 - $27.00
per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Benefits
