We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field, with a strong focus on commercial applications. 028.00/hr - $42.00/hr Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify any potential issues and perform preventative maintenance. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment, including mechanical and electrical components. Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades to clients. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and building codes. Prepare and submit detailed reports on each job, including any issues identified and actions taken. Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries and providing advice on HVAC system maintenance and operation. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HVAC technician, with a strong focus on commercial applications. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers. Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair issues quickly and effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and understandable way. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and building codes. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
