We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rooftop units, chillers, and boilers, and be proficient in both maintenance and installation of commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems. Install new commercial HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards. Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Essential Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and installation. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls. EPA Certification and other relevant licenses preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. Works well independently and with others. Good communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Ability to read repair manuals. Thorough understanding of HVAC tools, materials, operation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to repair, install, inspect, diagnose, and maintain all parts of HVAC system. Understanding of safe mechanical practices and local, state, and federal codes and regulations applicable to HVAC. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
