Contract Details
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
36 hours per week (12‑hour nights)
Employment Type: Travel
Pay: $1,728 – $1,907 per week (tax‑free stipend for meals, housing, incidentals)
Possibility to extend beyond 13 weeks
Responsibilities
Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
Explaining scanning procedures to patients
Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
Maintaining accurate technical records and quality assurance reports
Following all safety, infection control, and emergency protocols
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols
