We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to join as a Lead Provider, delivering exceptional care and making a real impact on our patients’ lives within our urgent care clinics. Lead Providers serve as clinical leaders, mentoring and supporting new graduates and allied healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for Physician Assistants (PA) or Nurse Practitioners (NP) who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy mentorship, and are committed to high-quality care. Your Impact

Provide Patient-Centered Care:

Conduct health assessments, physical exams, review medical histories, and address patient needs efficiently and with high quality. Assess patient health:

Interview patients, perform physical exams, obtain and review medical histories. Determine abnormal conditions:

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, EKGs, and labs. Perform therapeutic procedures:

Administer injections, sutures, manage wounds and infections. Educate and counsel:

Empower patients with health knowledge, explain treatment plans, and discuss wellness topics. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with policies, and adhere to infection control protocols. Collaborate with a Team:

Work proactively with colleagues to treat patients efficiently and coordinate care. Continuing Education & Mentorship:

Act as a clinic leader, support and mentor new providers, and pursue ongoing professional development. Who You Are

Master's degree and certification by PA or NP certifying body. DEA license with no restrictions. BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Experience in emergency, urgent care, or ambulatory settings preferred. Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and patient-centered skills. Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and pharmacology. Why ConvenientMD?
