Retention Bonus The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $6,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must remain employed in this position for at least twelve months. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles.
Salary Clinician - Fully Licensed
Base Salary: $68,755.06 - $79,611.12 annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate and the specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including knowledge, training, skills, location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.
Location Fridley, MN
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Minimum Qualifications
Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
Possess a current and valid Minnesota LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC licensure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering services to diverse populations
Experience delivering in-home or crisis services
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
