This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Responsibilities
Answer phones to triage crisis needs and determine mobile crisis response requirements. Provide diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention, and applicable therapeutic services. Collaborate as part of a mobile crisis response team to support clients in homes, clinics, and telehealth settings. Minimum Qualifications
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences. Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance. OR currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care." Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations. Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services. Experience with Electronic Health Record systems. Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$54,549.47 - $63,162.54 annually. The expected compensation range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including knowledge, training, skills, location, experience, and full-time equivalence. $6,000 Retention Bonus : The candidate selected may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $6,000. An initial sum of $2,500 is paid after six months; the balance is paid after twelve months of service. The full bonus requires twelve months of employment in this position. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles. Benefits Eligibility Includes
