Overview

As a Full Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you will provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Seattle, WA. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. What You’ll Do

Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals Enter data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring

Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study Licensed mental health clinicians including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area Must have prior counseling experience in the treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationships, grief, loss, etc. Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting Experience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings are preferred Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed. Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $108,000 - $135,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
