Behavioral Health Supervisor & Wellness Ambassador at Premise Health. Location: AT&T campus, El Segundo, CA. Full-time licensed clinical behavioral health supervisor and wellbeing ambassador responsible for providing clinical care and promoting a proactive culture of mental health and holistic wellbeing on-site. Hours: 32 hours per week, typically Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Fridays not included. What You’ll Do

Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals Lead ongoing wellbeing events and brief educational touchpoints Promote psychologically safe, stigma-free access to care and resources Build referral pathways and warm handoffs across AT&T Benefit services Enter data into patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Performs other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring

Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study Licensed mental health clinician credentials (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC) CAMS – care certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire 4+ years of experience in the field or related area Experience in counseling across behavioral health topics (depression, mood disorders, substance use, family and marital issues, grief, etc.) Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet diverse needs Experience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available resources Previous clinical experience in integrated behavioral health settings preferred Benefits & Compensation

Compensation Range

Estimated compensation for this role is $85,600.00 – $107,000.00 annually. Final offer depends on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. About Contacting
