Olney, MD Clinic (full-time 30-35 hours/week) A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate is required to be considered. Responsibilities

Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in Family medicine or primary care preferred. Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning; education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safesex practices. Order and administer immunizations (including COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Complete DOT certification within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR and AED knowledge. Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator when required. Education

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role, or In select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with current National Board Certification and state license to practice, or equivalent education with a Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Preferred Qualifications

EPIC experience preferred. Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $50.22 - $224,952.00 per year. The actual base salary offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay. Benefits and Additional Information
