The
Manufacturing Engineer role
involves developing and implementing efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes that meet high-quality standards. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products from concept to production, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Lead and support cross-functional project teams from concept through production launch. Analyze equipment and workflow to maximize resource utilization. Design and implement automation solutions and custom tooling. Participate in DFM, DFA, and pFMEA activities. Create process documentation including flow diagrams, BOMs, and work instructions. Conduct IQ/OQ validations and support product/process qualifications. Train technicians and operators on new equipment and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies. Present data-driven insights to support decision-making. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within plastics or medical devices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience designing custom fixtures, tools, and automation solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
