Overview
Warehouse Associate – Picking and Packing at Swyft Inc. $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet delivery schedules. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, receipts, and deliveries. Audit orders for accuracy before shipment. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory. Maintain organized inventory and follow safety protocols in the warehouse. Implement quality checks to reduce inventory errors and shrinkage. Assist in resolving product or delivery issues as needed. Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 12 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory fulfillment (receiving, packing, shipping). Retail stock experience is a plus. Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with inventory systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks; basic math and Microsoft Office or Google Suite knowledge. Competencies: Strong hands-on fulfillment and inventory accuracy; dependability in meeting order timelines and system entry accuracy; clear communication and time management in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Work Environment
In-person, nonremote role in San Rafael, CA. Must be able to lift 10 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods. Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season. Frequent use of hands, vision (including color vision), and hearing. May involve moving pallets or materials throughout the facility. Flexibility to work overtime and alternate shifts based on business needs. Benefits
