What You’ll Do We are seeking a strategic, creative, and forward‑thinking Corporate Strategy Associate to support WME’s Head of Corporate Strategy on high‑impact, data‑driven projects that shape the direction of the agency. This position offers the opportunity to apply a rigorous analytical lens to complex business challenges in a changing entertainment landscape, contribute to executive‑level strategy development, and collaborate cross‑functionally to unlock growth across business units. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in strategic thinking, financial analysis, and storytelling, combined with exceptional execution skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

Support the WME Head of Corporate Strategy by driving analysis on enterprise‑level strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

Structure and build data‑driven presentations that tell a clear and compelling narrative to executive stakeholders.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend assessments.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, lead fact‑finding interviews, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

Support the evaluation of M&A opportunities through initial financial modeling, market research, and strategic fit analysis.

Partner with business unit leaders to identify growth levers and assist in developing division‑specific strategic plans.

Execute with discretion, professionalism, and a high degree of confidentiality in sensitive or high‑stakes engagements.

Develop and maintain dashboards and tools that enable better business intelligence and decision‑making.

Assist in preparing board materials, internal strategy briefs, and investor‑facing narratives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in financial modeling and data analysis, particularly using Microsoft Excel.

Fluency in presentation building, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.

Strong communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for executive audiences.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams and levels.

Excellent prioritization and multitasking capabilities; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.

Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the fast‑paced nature of the entertainment industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; degree in business, economics, or a related field is a plus.

2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy at a top‑tier firm or company.

Demonstrated experience conducting business analysis, modeling financial data, and synthesizing strategic recommendations.

Strong writing and copywriting skills.

Excellent presentation and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal teams.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Hiring Rate Minimum $56,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum $75,000 annually
