We are seeking an Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy Associate with bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys turning conversations into actionable outcomes, and can craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and stakeholders. About the Role: The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and a direct seat at the table for strategic, growth, and capital decisions. What You’ll Do: Identify and connect with potential partners, advisors, investors, and industry leaders. Convert conversations into strategic collaborations, product pilots, or advisor sign-ons. Source and shape company updates for external communications and announcements. Track market trends in education, AI, and capital markets; propose actionable opportunities. Package insights into clear updates, pitch decks, and narratives for investors and partners. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in strategy, early-stage operations, or growth (preferably within a startup environment). Experience in fundraising, investor communications, or working closely with founders on capital strategy. Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build compelling narratives. Solid business judgment; understanding of monetization, investment, and scalability. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Confident engaging with external experts and synthesizing insights into strategy. What You’ll Get: A front-row seat to strategic, growth, and capital decision-making.
