Primary contact for general retirement questions; explains plan policies, procedures, and legal requirements to employees and beneficiaries Serve as liaison between participants and the plan administrator; handle or facilitate requests for contribution adjustments or other changes Understand and interpret the Summary Plan Descriptions for all plans Plan administration and audit; support daily recordkeeping including data entry of elections, status updates, reporting, and data file transfers to the recordkeeping system; reconcile accounts Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll files and submit wire requests to the record keeper Audit data changes in payroll/record-keeping systems that affect 401(k) or other benefit plan administration Support annual 401(k) audit activities Vendor management: participate in vendor calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across systems Training and outreach: participate in virtual and on-site training; assist with updating internal websites to improve employee access to information Performs other duties as assigned Education, Experience and Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to explain retirement plan options clearly Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong Excel, verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented; able to work independently and in a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with HR partners on various projects Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field required At least two years of experience with retirement benefits administration About Us
