Ensure labor and materials are present to meet schedule attainment. Ensure a quality product is assembled and packaged according to customer specifications and standards. Meet/exceed all targets for Quality, Productivity, Uptime, On-Time Delivery and Cost. Perform work content at every station per work instruction and takt time. Maintain a clean, orderly work environment following 5S principles. Oversee cross training of assembly line workers; keep training matrix up-to-date. Track daily attendance & complete time sheets. Drive continuous improvement to achieve a World Class manufacturing environment through implementation of Rittal Production System (RPS). Interface with quality, engineering, buyer/planner to help resolve production issues. Coordinate with internal suppliers (paint, fab) to resolve production issues. Participate actively in improving assembly operations; develop new ideas or methods to improve efficiency. Engage with peers, supervisors, and management to foster a positive workplace culture. Knowledge & Experience:

HS Diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly knowledge required. Familiarity with basic 5S concepts. Ability to work effectively under pressure with high initiative and minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
