The Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist - Journeyman
executes CI functional and collection support activities. Responsibilities include drafting reports, conducting briefings, providing investigative and insider threat support, and contributing to training, assessments, and operational planning.
Location Location: US-VA-Arlington
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree.
Minimum of nine (9) cumulative years of direct counterintelligence experience, including:
2 years in CI functional services.
2.5 years in CI investigations.
1.5 years in CI operations support.
1.5 years in CI collection management.
1.5 years in CI analysis.
Federal CI/investigative training (e.g., DoD CI Special Agent Course, FBI Basic).
Active TS/SCI.
Core Skills
Conduct pre- and post-travel briefings and CI awareness training.
Identify threats and perform vulnerability assessments.
Draft and review CI reporting (CIRs, CIMFRs, IRs).
Support CI debriefings and data triage.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support mission requirements.
