Syntelligent is seeking a Counterintelligence Specialist to support a Government Customer Location:
DHS CISA / 1110 N. Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22301 Shift:
Day Anticipated Salary Range:
$120000 - $130000 Status:
Full-Time Number of Openings:
1 Duties will include: Shal execute CI functional and collection support. Draft reports, conduct briefings, handles investigative and insider threat support and contribute to training and assessments Perform a blended set of CI duties includingfunctional support, investigative and operational support, and CI collection activities tosupport mission continuity and enhance the agency’s internal defense against foreignintelligence threats. Duties include CI administrative referral processing, risk and threat briefings, CI portions of threat vulnerability assessments, site surveys, coordination with DHS and CISA security and related programs, and support enterprise risk management insider threat programs. Support CI collection through reviewing and drafting CI/HUMINT reports, compiling and analyzing collection metrics, supporting debriefings, and performing target and lead development. Investigative support includes case tracking, research, data analysis, and CI-related correspondence. Qualifications
Required: Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree Experience: Must have a minimum of nine (9) cumulative years of direct counterintelligence experience, supporting activities such as CI functional services, CI investigations, CI operations support, CI collection management, and CI analysis as follows:
CI functional services: 2 years CI investigations: 2.5 years CI operations support: 1.5 years CI collection management: 1.5 years CI analysis: 1.5 years
Demonstrated Skills:
Pre-/post travel briefings, CI awareness Threat identification, vulnerability assessments CIRs, CIMFRs, and IR drafting and review Support CI debriefings and data triage Collaboration with external/internal stakeholders
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Prior experience as a Department of Defense or Federal Agent, Special Agent, or Officer conducting counterintelligence activities, or equivariant CI professionals within the US Intelligence Community or other federal agencies Clearance:
TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally. Mental Requirements:
