Research filing requirements and develop filing strategies, especially for highly regulated states or complex filings. Prepare, submit, and monitor P&C rate, rule, and form filings via SERFF and IRFS, including completing exhibits and handling objections. Communicate rate, rule, and form revisions to QA and Underwriting teams. Understand policy construction, including mandatory, optional, and conditional coverage and forms. Analyze new laws, regulations, and bulletins to assess impact on existing products; revise products as needed. Support underwriting in compliance operations and procedures. Assist with new product/program implementation and maintenance, including reviewing and developing policy forms, notices, and manuals. Participate in underwriting audits and market conduct exams as required. Monitor industry bulletins from ISO/AAIS/NCCI and other bureaus for relevant updates. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty insurance carrier, primarily handling filings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. For New York-based roles, the estimated salary range is $83,500 - $116,700, considering experience and qualifications. Additional Information:
