This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of Supply Chain initiatives and projects within the Strategy, Innovation, & Deployment (SI&D) organization. This individual will be responsible for being the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (POC) for End of Life (EOL) governance along with the end-to-end process execution across the Supply Chain functions. This role will partner with the commercial team to monitor the portfolio for optimization opportunities, ensuring efficient and effective EOL management across the organization. Additionally, this role will shape and support other initiatives related to Product Life Cycle Management processes, data, and ecosystems. This role will provide strategic leadership, managing vision and purpose to support organization, functional, and program goals.

Principal Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all project activities across the supply chain (SC) to ensure the seamless execution of end-of-life (EOL) processes, driving alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery

Acts as the SME on the EOL process for regions and SC platforms and functions

Coordinates the data management as it relates to EOL process execution across the E2E ecosystem

Lead other Product Life Cycle Management improvement initiatives as needed, driving improved processes, data flows, and ecosystem connections

Work effectively cross-functionally to deliver maturity and standardization with EOL process

Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver program to optimize process

Lead and develop a governance model to monitor EOL projects in partnership with Commercial

Serve as the functional pillar lead for the End of Life (EOL) Community providing a single point of contact for the DPS SC Leaders.

Accountable for project execution, financials, and savings across all programs and focus areas.

Lead the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information across platforms

Motivate and coach team to drive operational success / culture of continuous improvement

Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.

Work effectively in a Global multi-functional team environment, brainstorm solutions, develop practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and lead change.

Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; Advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA a plus

A minimum of 10 years of related experience required

Project management experience required

Working knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution, Product Lifecycle Management (PM) and MRP/ERP systems required

Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity

Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem -solving skills

Ability to analyze, balance and prioritize risk

Ability to influence/collaborate with stakeholders cross functional to support business goals

Product cost management and budget management preferred
