Opportunity: We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to act as a Project Manager within the Commercial Roofing Division. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, serving as the main contact across departments, and overseeing project activities to maximize efficiency and profitability, including procurement, scheduling, and resource management. Coordinate with Superintendents to plan project execution and develop schedules. Handle contracts, ensuring alignment with estimates. Prepare project documentation for teams. Manage submittals, perform material takeoffs, and handle RFIs. Participate in site walks and client meetings. Document and process change orders, negotiate with clients. Monitor project costs to meet budgeted margins. Maintain accurate project forecasts. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office, including MS Project. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Blueprint reading skills and strategic thinking.
