We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Specialist What we offer: Health, Vision, Disability, and Dental insurance Paid vacation and holidays Employee and family assistance program Wellness benefits, including gym membership discounts Smartphone and computer provided 401k plan with company match Ongoing career development opportunities Supportive work environment under the motto "Flynn Family Winning Together" Responsibilities: Manage and administer the company's safety and health programs Travel extensively to job sites, with 11 days on and 3 days off (overtime paid) Supervise and support safety standards across projects Conduct safety training and education sessions Handle insurance claims and management Perform safety inspections and data analysis Investigate incidents and report to management Maintain safety reference materials on-site Participate in pre-work and preparatory meetings Establish and maintain a Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Deficiency Tracking System Manage hazardous chemical information and Safety Data Sheets Maintain weekly high-hazard activity lists Record site safety orientations and training Job Requirements: OSHA 30-hour certification and minimum of 2 years construction safety experience First Aid and CPR certifications High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to pass a government background check Availability to travel to project sites, including up to 2 weeks on-site per project Visit our website at
