Roxbury Treatment Center is hiring Admissions Call Specialists (Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem) to work in the admissions department. Schedule flexibility is offered. Job Role/Responsibilities

The Admissions Call Specialist is responsible for coordinating aspects of the admissions process including handling inquiry calls, processing referrals for possible admission, and communicating with referral sources and customers who present for assessment. Additional responsibilities may include assistance with patient registration, patient observations, scheduling of evaluations, bed board monitoring, belongings searches, and other non-clinical duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or any related Human Services field required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in substance abuse/psychiatric treatment programs or call center/crisis intervention settings. EEO Statement
