The North America Quote to Cash (QTC) Customer Operations team manages all aspects of customer support operations, leading a team of support associates, establishing performance metrics, analyzing customer feedback, and driving continuous improvements in service quality.

The Analyst will support BD’s price activation processes through the execution of letters of commitment, customer set‑up and maintenance, group transitions, and local contract management.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate execution of letters of commitment (LOC), customer set‑up and maintenance (CS&M), and GPO group transitions for new and renewal agreements.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to pricing activation and membership.

Collaborate regularly with distributor partners, GPOs, business unit sales teams, commercial operations pillars, and commercial customers.

Support enterprise‑wide operational capabilities, process optimization, and governance to ensure effective implementation of complex contracting activities.

Manage a high volume of external and internal inquiries using automation and reporting tools, facilitating timely resolution.

Maintain centralized documentation of membership‑related pricing exceptions and communicate time‑sensitive exceptions to cross‑functional teams.

Act as a subject‑matter expert for the design and implementation of solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency in LOC, CS&M, and GPO group transition processes.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in GPO and local contract execution and renewal processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience (required).

1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields.

Strong Excel skills, including manipulation of large datasets and extraction of insights.

Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, and QlikView.

Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP, Vistex, and JDE (preferred).

Location: Tempe, AZ (Primary work location: USA AZ — Tempe Headquarters)

Employment type: Contract

Salary range: $30.70 – $50.60 USD hourly
