Paya Lebar 5.5 days week 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat) - after 3 months probation, Sat can WFH Responsibilities Spending much of time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits. Investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers. Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups. Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required. Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience Extensive experience in replying to emails preferred Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc.) Keen eye for details to spot fraud Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
