Seeking a remote-based MFO, Manager Field Operations. This role joins the US Oncology Business to contribute to a best-in-class Sales Strategy and Operations team. The position supports multiple regions; it is not required to live within the included regions. Responsibilities
Monitors and follows up on regional operating issues and activities (e.g., ad hoc requests from home office and field). Serves as a liaison with home office functional areas to troubleshoot regional operations issues (e.g., Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Learning). Lead the pull-through, execution and analysis of Brand initiatives at the region level. Assist in planning regional meetings and teleconferences. Support development, communication, and implementation of region business plans, including tracking and monitoring execution and performance. Interprets productivity and performance reports to diagnose trends, opportunities, and potential business issues. Provide recommendations to improve regional sales performance. Monitor and communicate resource allocation decisions to district business managers (promotional programs, D&E budgets, marketing materials, etc.). Assist RBDs with regional communications and provide subject matter expertise on sales systems (SharePoint, OneLook Specialty, Veeva/InterAct, e-Roster, HCP Connect, RxVantage, a:Coach). Conduct field contacts and coaching as directed by RBDs and the Associate Director of Field Operations, focusing on selling model and sales competencies. Lead the inquiry/resolution process regarding sales reporting for field teams and ad hoc requests from the home office. Lead and develop the Region TAP teams through supporting Region/Enterprise initiatives. Support monthly Region TAP calls to review/train on national initiatives and technology updates; lead Bi-monthly National TAP calls with Strat & Ops support. Collaborate with the MFO team to share learnings, expertise, and provide feedback. Contribute diverse and innovative perspectives to enhance competitiveness and innovation. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales objectives. Experience with customer base, customer and market industry knowledge. Successful experience working with a local sales matrix team to accomplish business objectives. Strong sales performance track record. Experience in supporting DBM with onboarding new representatives and assisting with training of sales skills and product knowledge. Understanding of the region BMS management matrix team. Ability to apply customer insight and market knowledge to business decision making. Ability to interpret and use business and marketing analytics. Knowledge and skill in developing and executing local sales plans that support strategic initiatives. Knowledge of the sales process and selling skills. Ability to influence others with no direct reporting relationship and to communicate effectively and clearly. Planning and project management skills. As this role may require operation of a company-provided vehicle, offers of employment are contingent upon meeting the company’s Qualified Driver criteria (age, license, and driving risk standards). Compensation Overview
Princeton, NJ, US: $90,190 – $109,283. The starting compensation range is for a full-time employee on an FTE basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
