Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled OSINT and Dark Web Intelligence Analyst with multi‑discipline expertise to join our team. In this role, you will leverage the DarkBlue Intelligence Suite alongside SIGINT, HUMINT, Cyber, and other intelligence sources to help clients identify data breaches, track threat networks, and anticipate emerging risks across both the dark web and global threat landscape. You will play a critical role in producing fused intelligence products that inform senior leaders and operational partners. By integrating Metadata, Publicly Available Information (PAI), and Commercially Available Information (CAI) with traditional intelligence disciplines, you will support missions against state actors, terrorist organizations, and transnational criminal networks in alignment with U.S. national security priorities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct dark web research and analysis using the DarkBlue Intelligence Suite and multi‑intelligence sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, Cyber).
Identify and assess data leaks, breaches, dark web marketplaces, and emerging cyber threats.
Produce integrated intelligence products that combine dark web insights with signals, human, and cyber intelligence reporting.
Coordinate with DoD and inter‑agency partners to address operational requirements and provide timely, actionable intelligence.
Represent CACI in briefings, demos, and webinars on dark web and multi‑intelligence tradecraft.
Qualifications: Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance (Poly preferred).
7+ years of experience in dark web, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, or Cyber Analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of OPSEC and rigorous source validation practices.
Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired:
Knowledge of dark web forums, marketplaces, and communication channels.
Proficiency with specialized research tools, SIGINT systems, and cyber platforms.
Familiarity with blockchain analysis and cryptocurrency tracking.
Experience with data visualization and analytic tools (e.g., Kibana, Elasticsearch).
Scripting skills (Python, R).
Language proficiency (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic).

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400. CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
