Northrop Grumman invites applications for the Business Development Representative 3/4 - R10211261 role at its Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO) located in Falls Church, VA. Candidates will support global enterprise growth initiatives and work in an interdisciplinary team focused on business development operations. Responsibilities

Lead international pipeline data management through Salesforce and develop executive level presentations on awards performance and pipeline metrics. Develop dashboards to provide insights into pipeline. Support international consultant compliance and manage enterprise level consultant agreements and invoices. Plan and coordinate site visits for executives and international teams. Support development, tracking, reporting, and forecasting of business development operational goals and activities. Support executive preparation for meetings, travel, and tradeshows. Support executives in major meetings and events, reviewing agendas and pre- and post-interactions to ensure successful outcomes. Anticipate and manage materials, data, and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events. Partner with Communications and Sector stakeholders to ensure executives are prepared for all speaking engagements and customer meetings. Basic Qualifications (Level 3)

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, or Master’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. Basic Qualifications (Level 4)

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, Master’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience. Additional Required Skills (Both Levels)

Experience in business development, strategy, project management, or related field. Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills. Proven ability to produce high quality work for executive audiences, including presentations and concise summaries. Ability to work requisite hours to support executive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to operate independently, dynamically manage priorities, and thrive in a multi-disciplinary, highly collaborative team environment. Demonstrated proficiency in data manipulation and analytics. Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Salesforce. Proficiency with SharePoint. Experience in international business. Salary Range

Primary Level: $110,300.00 - $165,500.00 Secondary Level: $137,400.00 - $206,000.00 Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining base salary offers.
