Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and operational efficiency. Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to uphold our hospitality standards. Drive sales, manage labor and cost controls, and optimize overall restaurant performance. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations. Contribute to marketing and community initiatives to drive brand presence and guest loyalty. What We Offer:

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of craft beer is a plus!
