Provide expertise and support for Statewide ERP Procurement Modules (PeopleSoft FSCM, SWIFT). Provide application support for planned enhancements or changes to the SWIFT application across modules as directed. Assist the procurement module leads with ERP continuous improvement projects. Solve difficult problems that the Help Desk cannot handle. Communicate with agencies, OSP, and SWIFT staff to support the State of Minnesota’s business policy and procedure requirements. Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience performing work in one (1) or more areas of procedures in a complex ERP system (such as SWIFT) for processing requisitions, solicitations, purchase orders, and contracts or an ERP system that integrates multiple cross-functional processes. Experience with and understanding of the principles of systems analysis, data integrity, and testing. Knowledge of general principles and practices of procurement, purchasing and contracting, professional services contracts, or supply (including inventory). Human relation skills to promote cohesion and cooperation among employees, vendors and managers in a high-pressure deadline driven environment where stakeholders may have conflicting needs. Communication skills sufficient to interpret user needs and requirements and relay complex subjects in plain language to users, support groups, and others. Presentation skills sufficient to conduct training and educational sessions with ERP staff, end users, levels of management, the vendor community, and others. Preferred Qualifications

Experience navigating and performing tasks with Minnesota's procurement system, SWIFT. Experience training or working in help desk support for business and system functionality. Experience training on computer-based technology. Knowledge of Minnesota procurement-related statutes, policies, procedures, and business practices. Additional Requirements
