Senior Procurement Project Manager, Electrical Products

Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, reduce cycle times, and achieve significant cost savings within the commodity.
Lead supplier development initiatives in collaboration with Operations and Supplier Quality Management, including supplier scouting, RFQ execution, tooling development, capacity planning, cost transparency, and production ramp‑up in coordination with the Materials team.
Support commodity managers in contract development for alternate suppliers.
Support location procurement managers in the plant in developing and implementing location procurement strategies.
Develop end‑to‑end supply chain and alternate process/technologies.
Participate in the PLM process and integrate supplier and supply market expertise prior to decisions on product portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or operations.
Must be open to 15‑20% North American operational sites and suppliers’ facilities mainly in North America.
Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Having a growth mindset, embrace challenges and show persistence in overcoming obstacles.
Strong problem‑solving skills, extreme ownership, high level of self‑motivation and personal efficiency.
Collaboration skills to facilitate cross‑functional meetings with various departments such as Product Development, Finance and Operations to align on objective, timelines and deliverables.
