Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance: Manage banking, billing, AP/AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff.
Human Resources: Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies.
Additional: ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO.
Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience
Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller.
Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
