What You'll Do in this Accounting Office Manager role: Accounting & Finance : Manage banking, billing, AP/AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff Human Resources : Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies Additional:
ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO Additional duties as assigned. Preferred Experience of the Accounting-Office Manager; Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company Associates or Bachelor's Degree #INOCT2025 #LI-SP3 #ZRCFS
