We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead large and complex bidding projects in both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in leading bidding teams, creating winning strategies, and ensuring that all parts of the process are of the highest quality. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, partners, and international bidding teams within the Sopra Steria group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LOU/LUF, business development, and commercial terms, as well as experience working in IT operations and nearshore/Xshore environments. The Senior Bid Manager will be responsible for leading the entire bidding process, from start to finish, and ensuring that all requirements are met. They will also contribute to negotiation strategies and establish structured working methods for planning, monitoring, and decision-making. We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of leading successful bidding teams, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, as the role will involve working in an international environment.
