Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About the Role This role sits at the crossroads of environmental engineering and digital project delivery. As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll draw on your domain expertise in Oil & Gas, particularly LNG, to manage projects that integrate regulatory, client, and product needs into digital solutions. You’ll act as the connective tissue between environmental requirements and digital platforms, ensuring compliance while driving innovation. Success here means navigating complex regulatory landscapes (like the FERC process), translating them into actionable digital workflows, and partnering with contractors, regulators, clients, and internal product teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital projects that embed environmental compliance and permitting requirements into tools, systems, and workflows.
Interface with regulatory bodies, clients, contractors, and product teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Manage environmental contractors while ensuring their deliverables integrate seamlessly into digital project outputs.
Translate environmental standards and permitting processes into project requirements for technology and product teams.
Drive adoption of digital tools to streamline permitting, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Operate within small, agile teams where adaptability, communication, and initiative are key.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of FERC permitting and environmental regulatory frameworks.
3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with LNG exposure preferred.
Demonstrated success managing contractors and multi-stakeholder projects.
Comfort operating at the intersection of technical domain expertise and digital project delivery.
