The Service Drive Technician assists guests on the service drive by answering technical questions, verifying guest concerns and noise complaints, diagnosing vehicle concerns and sending the vehicle to the appropriate department for further diagnosis and repair. Monitor vehicle processes and guest experience to ensure proper verification of concerns are performed. Perform quality control inspections and the inputting of quality control inspections. Provide technical assistance in answering guest questions and explaining guest concerns, assisting service advisors by demonstrating vehicle functions and training on system functions. Perform road tests for concern verifications. Assist service technicians, Team leaders, and Shop Forman with the diagnoses of escalated and dated vehicles. Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred Excellent guest service skills Previous experience preferred Pay
$32 - $32 / hour + bonuses based on performance Additional information
