Supervise, coach, and train warehouse associates and beneficiaries to meet operational goals. Evaluate employee performance and set clear, attainable goals. Lead by example to ensure department performance. Ensure merchandise is priced correctly and quality control is maintained. Secure high-value items like jewelry. Adhere to policies regarding merchandise handling and security. Maintain safe and organized work areas and equipment. Follow safety regulations and policies. Overtime requires prior written approval. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Leadership and motivational skills. Strong communication and accountability skills. Ability to assess item quality. Experience supervising diverse teams. Proven ability to meet production goals. Experience working with vulnerable populations. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Repetitive motion tasks. Additional Details
