Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE. Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Market the school to showcase The Learning Experience as a true HAPPY HAPPENS HERE school. Have two or more years of center leadership/management/marketing experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of childcare center leadership/management experience (required). Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred). Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
